Terms and Conditions

Last updated June 20, 2026

These terms explain how you may access and use Splen, a product operated by Align Labs, what responsibilities apply to your account, and how we handle changes, limitations, and disputes.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Splen. Splen is a product provided by Align Labs. By accessing our website, products, or services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Using our services

You may use Splen only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of information you provide and for any activity that occurs through your account or workspace.

2. Accounts and access

If you create an account, you agree to keep credentials secure and notify us about unauthorized access. We may suspend or restrict access when we reasonably believe there is misuse, security risk, or a violation of these terms.

3. Content and ownership

You retain ownership of content you submit to Splen. You grant Align Labs the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content so we can provide and improve the product.

4. Payments and subscriptions

Paid plans, billing cycles, taxes, refunds, and cancellations are described at checkout or in your plan details. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Service changes and availability

We may update, improve, pause, or discontinue parts of Splen. We work to keep the product reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every feature will remain unchanged.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Align Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of Splen.

7. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to the Align Labs team at support@splen.app. If you have a separate written agreement with us for Splen, that agreement may override parts of these terms.
